Following are the terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (‘Agreement’). These terms may change or be updated from time to time. Continued use of our Site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as changed.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SMR Cables harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

30-day Unconditional Return Policy

We offer a 30-day unconditional return policy on all products, with a 10% restocking fee for standard products, and a 20% restocking fee for custom products. Custom products are any products for which the part number has been provided by communication from SMR Cables and cannot be constructed using the standard part number configurator on the SMR Cables website.

For a period of 30 days from the shipping date, the cables may be returned for any reason. Products must be in like-new condition and repackaged in the original box.

One Year Limited Warranty

All products are provided with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty is not valid if the products have been misused, modified, abused, or utilized for any purpose outside of their intended purpose.

If a defect is discovered or occurs during the warranty period, defined as within one year from the date of shipment, and is determined to be either as the result of the cable’s intended use or due to a manufacturing defect, a warranty claim can be initiated by contacting SMR Cable Technologies, LLC. All warranty claims must include a ship date, part number, and explanation of the nature of the defect.

Following evaluation of the claim, instructions will be provided to return the cables for additional evaluation. Shipping costs, adequate packing, and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.

SMR Cable will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, the defective cable or component(s).
