Vanish 334
Audiophile Reference Loudspeaker Cable
The Vanish 334 is the flagship product of SMR Cable Technologies. These cables are constructed of acoustically optimized, multiple litz conductor bundles woven in a tightly coupled configuration comprising an equivalent AWG#4 cable.
Fundamentally Flawless
Each Vanish 334 polarity run contains nearly one thousand individually enameled, oxygen-free copper conductors—each fine enough to remain well below the electromagnetic skin depth, yet also sized to avoid proximity effect losses.
The result is remarkably consistent resistance across the entire frequency spectrum, combining the low series impedance advantages of a massive conductor with the precision of true Litz construction.
Unlike typical “audiophile” cables that rely on simple multi-stranding, the Vanish 334 employs a fully optimized Litz architecture with a massive cross sectional area—eliminating signal losses and preserving every detail of your music.
Eliminate Signal Loss
Vanish cables are designed not only with an exceptionally large effective cross-sectional area but a unique braided and interwoven design to minimize inductance without a commensurate increase in capacitance. This inherently eliminates susceptibility to induced voltages from exterior magnetic fields at power frequencies and at higher harmonics from amplifier input current.
This results in essentially negligible signal loss between your amplifier and speakers at all audio frequencies and particularly at the extremes of dynamic range and power transfer.
Reducing source impedance at your speaker terminals increases the system damping factor—tightening bass, improving accuracy, and elevating the performance of larger, high-power drivers.
Built for Extreme Duty
While you would never do this in practice, Vanish 334 cables can carry over 50A of current at 20 kHz all day long (25,000 Watts into an 8 Ohm load!!) and still run below the cable rating. Typical audiophile cables would shortly release the smoke at these elevated levels of current and frequency.
At normal power levels, the signal loss of Vanish cables is essentially negligible.
